Arraytool is a Python library for analysis and design of phased array antennas. For general information about Arraytool, see the project repository and my personal blog.

This is a brief mathematical introduction related to the phased array antennas. The theory presented here is not meant to be exhaustive, but only sufficient to understand various definitions and functions related to Arraytool library.
